“Doc, I have an ecommerce business and we sell a few products. Now I’ve never really liked the idea of discounting as I believe we have great products and of course Black Friday is coming up. Given most of our competitors do lean into Black Friday, should we also be doing Black Friday? Because its’s creating this peer pressure or FOMO or something and I don’t want to lose out on customers going to our competitors if we don’t also do Black Friday.”
